摘要
根据形变—相变—再结晶联合作用机制 ,提出了钛合金强韧化新技术—BTMP工艺。以BT2 2钛合金为主要研究对象 ,分析比较了BTMP工艺与常规α + β两相区锻造及β锻的组织与性能关系 ,结果表明 :BTMP工艺获得的组织兼备两种常规工艺的性能优势 ,即具有高强度、高塑性、高断裂韧性的特点。
A new strengthening-toughening technology, which is BTMP, has been proposed for the titanium alloys based on integrated mechanism of the deformation, the transformation and the recrystallization. The relationship between the structure and mechanical properties of BTMP technology and conventional α+β forging and β forging are investigated for BT22 titanium alloy. The experimental results show that the structure by BTMP processing has a advantage which is high strength, high plasticity and high fracture toughness. These will provide theoretical and practical foundation for damage tolerance design.
