摘要
对二甲苯高温液相催化氧化生成对苯二甲酸的过程需要采用Co-Mn-Br三元复合催化剂。仪征化纤股份有限公司化工厂催化剂回收系统引进了美国杜邦公司的先进技术,采用回收试剂使母液中的大部分钴和部分锰沉淀,然后通过蝶片式离心机加以分离回用。简述了该工艺的设备原理、流程及反应机理,并进行了简单的经济技术比较。结果表明,该工艺可以减少近50%的新鲜催化剂使用量,每年可节约生产成本800万元,并减少了重金属污染物的排放。
The catalyst composite system of cobalt, manganese and bromine was used in the process of p-xylene (PX) catalytic oxidation at high temperature in liquid phase. The catalyst recycle system in the Chemical Plant of SINOPEC Yizheng Chemical Fibre Ltd., as ever DuPont's advanced technology, uses recycle agent to precipitate most part of cobalt and part of manganese, and then separate them by the papilionaceous centrifuge. The equipment principle, flow and mechanism of the process are introduced. The results of the economic comparison illuminate that the introduced process can decrease the use of fresh catalyst by 50%, save the production cost by 8 million yuan a year, and reduce the discharge of heavy metals too.
