摘要
人力资本在经济增长中的作用既体现在促进经济总量的增长上 ,也体现在经济结构优化和经济增长方式转变上。在此基础上设立的评价经济增长中人力资本作用的指标体系由评价人力资本对GDP增长直接的、间接的贡献 ,人力资本数量积累。
The function of human capital for economic growth has not only reflected in promoting the growth of the gross product, but also reflected in optimizing the economic structure and changing the style of economic growth. In this paper, the index system of appraising the function of human capital on economic growth was set upon the basis of this understanding about the function. The indexes include those appraise the direct and indirect contribution of human capital to the increase of GDP, those appraise the contribution of quantity accumulate and level raise of human capital to the increase of GDP and those appraise the function of human capital in optimizing and upgrading economic structure.
