摘要
本文对影响板材成形的重要因素———材料特性(应变硬化指数n、塑性应变比R、扩孔率λ)进行了较深入的分析、研究,深入地揭示了裂纹形成的内在规律及解决方法,从而为保证生产高精度的、高质量的合格制品提供可靠依据。
Material characteristics(strain hardening exponent n,plactic strain ratio R,reaming rate λ)which have important effect on forming have been deeply analysed and studied to reveal the internal law of crack forming and solution as much as possible hence reliable basis for guarantee of production of qualified product with high precision and quality.
