摘要
该方法将波纹管考虑成一个具有相同扭转刚度和质量的等效直管,取波纹管平均半径为直管半径,采用旋转壳的分段积分法计算波纹管的扭转刚度,分析该直管的扭转振动模型.采用有限元法进行波纹管的特征值分析,并用其得到的波纹管扭转固有频率结果来验证上述分析计算方法,结果证明了该分析计算法的有效性与准确性.
This method considers a bellows as an equivalent tube with the same torsional stiffness and mass, taking the mean radius of the bellows as the tube radius, and introducing sectional integration method of revolutional shells to calculate the torsional stiffness of the bellows, to analyze the torsional vibration model of the tube. Finite element method is used to executing eigenvalue analysis for the bellows, and its results about the torsional natural frequencies of the bellows verify the analytical calculation method mentioned above, and prove the availability and accuracy of the analytical calculation method.
