摘要
回顾了球墨铸铁件的凝固特性、收缩特性及缩孔缩松形成方面的研究工作、存在的问题及进一步研究的方向,评价了铸件缩孔缩松预测的研究成果及进展。指出,球墨铸铁件缩孔缩松的形成及预测是一个有待于解决的课题,它需要综合考虑冶金、工艺及动力学因素的影响,将物理模拟试验与数值模拟预测紧密结合,系统地开展工作。
The paper reviewed the research works on the solidification and contraction characteristics of, and the thrinkage porosity formation in ductile iron castings. The existing problems were analyzed and the further research direction was suggested. The results and progress of the researches on the shrinkage porosity prediction in castings were introduced and evaluated. It was pointed out that the mechanism of the shrinkage porosity formation in ductile iron castings is a problem to be further investigated, and the prediction of shrinkage porosity formation is an unsolved problem. In order to ascertain and solve the problems, it is needed to consider the influences of metallurgical, technological and kinetic factors on the shrinkage of ductile iron castings, combine the simulating tests with the prediction based on the computer simulation so as to carry out a systematical study.
