摘要
目的通过煅烧使贝壳的主成分CaCO3分解,生成活性较高的CaO为主体的胶凝材料,方法用石灰活性度的方法测试评价其活性度.以活性度为考核指标,通过正交设计优化了贝壳初始破碎粒度、煅烧温度和煅烧时间等工艺参数.结果在所有因素中,贝壳粉的粒度影响最大,煅烧温度也是显著影响其活性度的重要因素,煅烧时间对活性度有影响.结论优化确认的工艺条件经复演试验,获得了大于350ml的高活性度,根据活性度的判据,该工艺参数下其生烧和过烧的含量都在2%以下,其煅烧贝壳的活性完全可作为胶凝材料应用于建筑工程中.
This article aims,by Calcining shell and decomposing CaCO3 that is major composition of shell,to gain the bond with higher activity,the main body of which being CaO,and by appraising the activity of the bond with the method of lime activity,to make the activity as the appraising standard and use the orthogonal design and optimize the parameter such as pieces' technological size,the temperature and time of calcinations.The result indicates that the influence of the size of the shell powder is largest in all factors,the influence of the temperature is notable,and the calcining time has some influence.In a word,by optimizing the definite technology condition to perform the test again and gaining the bond that the height activity more than 350ml,according to the criterion of the activity,the content of the less burned and the over burned is all below 2% in this technological parameter,which can be regarded as the bond and applied in the architectural engineering completely.
