摘要
文章从现代图书馆人力资源管理的特征谈起 ,分析了目前农业图书馆人力资源管理上存在的问题 ,构建农业图书馆人力资源KEPB模式 。
The paper discusses the characters of human resource administration in modern libraries, analyses the existing problems in human resource administration in current agricultural libraries, and the construction of KEPB model for human resource administration in agricultural libraries and protrudes the individualized administration in the challenges for libraries are discussed. If the libraries want to exist and development, the effective management human resource administration in agricultural libraries.
