摘要
本文研究了二氨基二苯基醚和二氨基二苯基砜(混合二胺)一双酚A环氧体系的后固化过程,用官能团测定法分析了不同固化条件下后固化产物中环氧基的反应程度、凝胶部分的环氧基残存率;用溶剂浸泡法测定了产物中凝胶和溶胶组成随反应程度的变化规律;用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析了产物中溶胶部分的详细组成.在此基础上,对所研究体系的后固化反应机理进行了探讨。
The post curing of 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and 4,4'-dia-a minodiphenyl sulfone(mixed aromatic diamine)-epoxy of bisphenol asystem was studied.The method of functional group analysis was used todeterminated the reaction extent in products and residual epoxy groupin gel.The sol-gel content in products was analysed by means of soaktest. The component of sol in products was determinated by using gelpermeation chromatography(GPC).Thereby,the reaction mechanism ofpost curing in the system studied was investigated by author.
