摘要 　本文阐述了在网络环境下,高校图书馆开展合作化参考咨询工作的特点、发展方向以及局限性;强调了要做好网络环境下的合作化与参考咨询工作,提高参考咨询馆员的综合素质是关键。 The paper discusses that under the networked environment, the characters,directions and confines of academic libraries cooperating in refernce service, and emphasizes that it’s key factor to improve the reference librarian’s comprehensive quality.
