该文阐述了中国造纸工业使用废纸的状况,分析了使用废纸特别是使用废纸的原因, 提出了中国扩大回收,合理利用废纸的思路和建议。
The recycle status of Chinese waste paper was reviewed in the paper. It was put forward some idea and suggestion to increase the recovery ratio and to utilize waste paper reasonably.
