摘要
本文通过对以前的充电机的总结,设计了一种新型的大功率充电模块。该充电模块以80C196KC单片机为控制器的CPU,集成芯片TC787为同步脉冲产生器,晶闸管为功率变换器。其中详细介绍了一种通过普通光藕T521-4和运放实现线性光藕的电路,实现了电压电流的准确采集;同时还介绍了触发脉冲的产生电路和放大电路。
Basing on generalise of existing ones, this article proposes a design of a neotype and high-power charger modular, which consists of 80c196kc as the controller's CPU, integrated chip TC787 as the trigger pulse generator, transistor as the power converter? A kind of linear optical couple circuit comprising general optical couple T521-4 and amplifier, which serves to accurate determination of electric current and voltage, is introduced in detail?Furthermore, the trigger pulse generating circuit and amplification circuit are presented in this paper?
