摘要
聚磷酸钙 (Calcium polyphosphate ,CPP)是一种极具发展前景的可控降解骨替代材料。本文通过X射线衍射 (X raydiffraction ,XRD)研究烧结过程中CPP的相变以及烧结温度对微晶尺寸分布和微观应变的影响 ;使用参比强度 (Referenceintensityratio ,RIR)方法研究不同烧结温度的CPP样品定量相组成 ;用Warren Averbach傅立叶变换 (W A/FT)方法计算CPP微晶尺寸分布和微观应变。结果证明 :在 5 85℃~ 90 0℃烧结过程中 ,CPP经历一个由玻璃态到晶态γ CPP的相变以及随后γ CPP到 β CPP的多种相变过程。伴随相变过程的是其平均微晶尺寸(D)和微观应变 (ε)的显著变化。
Calcium polyphosphate (CPP) may be a promising bone subs ti tute with controllably -degraded ability. In this investigation, the effects of sintering temperatures on its phase transformation and structure parameters, su ch as crystalline size distribution and micro-strain were investigated by X-ra y diffraction (XRD). The phase composition was calculated with reference intensi ty ratio (RIR). The crystalline size distribution and micro-strain were calcula ted with Warren-Averbach Fourier transfer(W-A/FT) method. The results demons trated that at the temperature of 585℃-900℃, the phase transformation of amor phou s CPP into crystalline γ-CPP and then into β-CPP occurred,and the course of such transformation was accompanied with the significant change of the mean crys talline size(D)and the mean micro-strain(ε).
