摘要
目的 :观察头穴针刺治疗急性脑缺血的机理。方法 :采用大鼠急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 ,应用原位杂交方法观察脑缺血再灌注时TGF β1 mRNA表达的变化及针刺对TGF β1 mRNA表达的影响 ,同时测定了脑梗死体积。结果 :假手术组大鼠TGF β1 mRNA在皮层、纹状体呈基础水平表达 ,脑缺血再灌注后 2 4hTGF β1 mRNA表达增强 ,针刺可明显缩小梗死的体积 ,明显增强皮层TGF β1 mRNA的表达。结论 :针刺对缺血性脑损伤的保护作用机制可能与针刺增强脑内TGF β1
ObjectiveTo observe the mechanism of scalp-acupun ct ure in treatment of acute cerebral ischemia. MethodsIn situ hybrid i zation was used to detect changes of the expression of TGF-β 1mRNA and the ef fect of acupuncture on TGF-β 1mRNA expression in the brain of the acute focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat, and the cerebral infarction size was observ ed. ResultsTGF-β 1mRNA in cortex and striate body showed a basi c expression in the sham-operation and a great increase 24 hours after ischemia -reperfusion, and acupuncture could up-regulate the expression of TGF-β 1mR NA in the cortex and reduce the infarct size. ConclusionThe up-re gulation of TGF-β 1mRNA expression is possibly one of the mechanisms of acupu ncture protecting cerebral ischemic damage.
