摘要
随着我国旅游市场客源竞争的日趋激烈,服务质量标准化策略对我国旅游企业参与国际、国内竞争,培育和保持竞争优势的影响越来越明显。本文基于此影响机理,分析了我国旅游企业在服务质量标准化中存在的问题,并提出完善旅游服务质量标准化的对策。
It is obvious that standardization of the service quality remarkably influences Chinese tourism enterprises in participating in international and domestic competition, fostering and sustaining the competitive advantages with the intense competition in the tourist market in China. Based on the influence mechanism, this article analyzes the problems that the tourism enterprises in China have encountered in the construction of the standardization of the service quality and puts forward the strategies for the improvement of standardization of the service quality.
