New process of synthesizing organobentonite

摘要 以低品位钙基膨润土为原料,采用活化效果好、易于操作的湿法工艺,通过季铵盐与膨润土进行离子交换反应合成有机膨润土。探索了反应物浓度、温度、时间、配料比及体系酸碱度对产品质量的影响,所得产品d(001)为 2. 102 2nm,粘度为 1. 023Pa·s。试验结果表明,所得产品在有机介质中具有极好的分散性和触变性。 Using low-grade Ca-bentonite as raw material,the organobenonite is synthesized by wet method,which is easily operating and has good activating effect,through ion exchange reaction of quaternary ammonium salt and bentonite.The influences of factors,such as the concentration of reactants,reaction temperature,reaction time,the ratio of quaternary ammonium salt to bentonite and the pH of the solution,on the quality of the product are investigated.The d(001) and the viscocity of the product are 2.1022 nm and 1.023 Pa·s,respectivelly.The results show that the product has an excellent dispersibility and thixotropy in organic medium.
