Field-Induced Transition of Rare-Earth Alloys Gd_5(Si_xGe_(1-x))_4(0.24<x≤0.5)

摘要 基于对室温磁致冷材料稀土合金Gd5(SixGe1-x)4(0.24<x≤0.5)主要实验结果的分析与研究,提出了该系合金场诱导相变的一个理论描述。按照Landau Devonshire理论和次晶格假设,合理地解释了该系合金的磁行为,并且其数值结果与实验数据较为一致。 Based on the analysis of main experiment results of the rareearth alloys Gd5(SixGe1-x)4, a theoretical description of the fieldinduced transition for these alloys was presented. According to the LandauDevonshire theory and the hypothesis of the sublattice, it demonstrates reasonably the magnetic behaviors of the alloys and obtains more satisfactory results which are in good agreement with experiment data.
