摘要
钻井液流变模式的优化和流变参数的准确计算是钻井液优化设计的前提。利用回归分析的数学方法开发了钻井液流变参数的计算软件,它能对各种流变模式下的流变参数进行数据处理,自动生成各流变模式的流变曲线,并结合实际数据对各流变模式进行比较和分析,从而实现流变模式优选。赫巴流变模式的三个参数(τHB,K,n)不但能较好地反映钻井液的流变性而且具有明确含义,能较好地描述钻井液在低、中、高剪切速率下的流变行为,因此认为赫谢尔巴尔克莱模式在一定条件下能够更准确地描述钻井液流变特性。
Optimization of drilling fluid rheological model and accurate calculation of the rheological parameters are the premise of optimizing drilling fluid design. A rheological parameter calculation software was developed by a mathematical algorithm—regression analysis. This software can operates data processing for different rheological parameters of all rheological models, produces their diagram automatically, makes comparison and analyses on all models using real data and realizes rheological model's optimization. Because the three parameters τ HB, K, n with clear meaning not only reflect the rheological properties, but also describes all behavior at low, middle and high shearing rates, and it is considered as the most accurate model to choose to describe the rheological characteristic of drilling fluid in some condition.
