摘要
社会体育指导员是我国群众体育的组织者和指导者,是我国体育现代化的重要保证 针对青海省社会体育社会指导员缺乏的情况,结合青海省的实际,就如何加快社会体育指导员的培训,在人员、形式、途径等方面进行了分析研究,为改变青海省社会体育指导员的现状,提供了科学的理论依据,具有一定的现实意义.
Instructors of social P.E.are organizers and instructors of Mass P.E.in China which plays animportant role in the modernization of physical education.This paper analyzes and studies the members,forms and means of Mass sports.with regard to the possibilities of increasing the training of instructors of social P.E.as Qinghai is short of the instuctors of social P.E..It aims to provide a scientific theoretical base in order to change the present state of social physical education in Qinghai.
