摘要
在流体静压支撑中,环矩形结构是静压垫的一种常见形式。根据流体润滑理论对环矩 形静压垫的有效承载面积、体积流量、刚度、承载能力等主要静特性进行了研究,推导出了比较实用 的计算公式。从实验得到了压力比和膜层厚度与静压垫法向位移之间的关系曲线,讨论了最佳参 数的选择和相关问题,从而为环矩形静压垫支撑的设计和应用提供了依据。
Hydrostatic cushions have been applied widely in ultra presicion machines and equipments,where their high accuracy and near-frictionless running characteristics are of particular importance.Annular rectangular cushion is one of the most widely used structures.The effective area,load-carrying capacity,volume flux and stiffness of annular rectangular cushion has been discussed and applied formulars are gained in the light of fluid lubricative theories. The curves about main pramaters of the cushion and it's nominal displacement are abtained from experiments.The optimal design pramaters are analysed theoretically,which is helpful for design and application of annular rectangular cushion.
