摘要
介绍了广东省电力系统第1台等离子点火稳燃装置的基本原理和设计特点, 探讨了该系统的燃烧机理和控制逻辑的修改, 介绍了该装置的调试应用情况。调试结果表明: 等离子点火装置具有节省启动调试阶段燃油的能力, 运行和维护费用低廉, 结构简单, 操作控制方便, 有较大的推广应用价值。
This paper introduces the basic principle and design characteristics of the plasma ignition burner which is the first one built in Guangdong Province.Its combustion mechanism and logical control system are discussed with the commissioning test of the plasma ignition system described.The commissioning results show that the plasma ignition burner is worth spreading due to its characteristics of oil saving,low operation and maintenance costs,simple structure and easy manipulation.
