摘要
目的 研究中药杜衡GC指纹图谱的建立方法。方法 利用毛细管气相色谱对杜衡提取物进行分析,选择适宜的程序升温条件,并利用GC/MS技术确认指纹图谱中的特征指纹信息。结果 获得了较为理想的包含特征信息的杜衡GC指纹图谱。结论 用本文确定的分析条件所获得的指纹图谱可较全面地反映杜衡的化学成分,为杜衡药材的质量控制提供有效手段。
Objective To develop a GC fingerprinting for determination of chemical constituents in Asarum forbesii Maxim. Method CGC and GC/MS were used to optimize the fingerprinting, main peaks in which were identified. Result A preferable GC fingerprinting for determination of the chemical constituents in Asarum forbesii Maxim. was achieved. Conclusion Parameters identified by this study for chromatographic fingerprint is able to well expose chemical ingredients in Asarum forbesii Maxim. , deserving a role in quality control.
