摘要
为增进高师学生心理健康并有针对性地开展心理健康教育工作 ,用自编的《大学生应激生活事件量表》对广西师范大学 4 15名学生进行了调查。结果表明 ,排在前 10位的应激生活事件主要来自学习因素、个人因素、学校因素、就业因素、家庭因素和社会因素等方面。其中 ,来自人际交往方面的应激事件对男生的影响显著高于对女生的影响 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;来自学习方面的应激生活事件对不同年级学生的影响有显著差异(P<0 .0 5 ) ;来自学校方面的应激生活事件对不同年级学生的影响有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;来自就业方面的应激生活对不同年级学生的影响有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)
We have been working hard to help improve the students' mental health. An investigation by using questionnaires was made among 415 students at Guangxi Normal University. The result was: the top ten in the list revealed that stress mainly had come from such factors as first studies, then individual, university, future job, family, and society. Among other things, stress resulted from communication had been higher to boys than to girls in proportion (P<0.05); that due to studies had more varied from one level to another (P<0 05); that coming from university factor had also been different to students of different levels (P<0.001); and that as a result of future employment had been vastly different from one level of students to another (P<0 01).
