摘要
通过对 13名浙江省男子皮艇运动员进行实验室 6 0 s无氧功率测试和水上若干运动项目测验 ,探索二者的相关程度和相互作用的规律 ,为进一步建立无氧运动能力评价方法提供依据。实验发现 ,最大功率出现在运动后 15 s,以后输出功率逐渐降低。最大功率和平均功率与水上运动成绩的相关达到极显著水平 ,而功率下降率对反映运动成绩无统计学意义。
In this paper, the author makes a survey on 13 kayak canoeists from Zhejiang province. These subjects are required to do 60 seconds anaerobic exercise in laboratory and several tests in water in order to explore correlation between the performance and indexes. The result shows that maximum power rate appears after 15 second exercise, and then gradually decrease. There is a close correlation relation between maximum power rate and average power rate with performance in water. However, the power decrease rate has little influence on the performance.
