摘要
洗钱犯罪是一种具有严重社会危害性的犯罪。如何加强对洗钱犯罪的法律控制 ,是各国广泛关注的问题。国外在这方面已取得了较大的成绩。我国对洗钱犯罪的法律控制上虽较过去有所加强 ,但仍有许多需待完善的地方。
The crime of money laundering has serious danger toward society.It has been widely concerned about how to strengthen the legal control of the crime of money laundering.Some achievements have been obtained abroad.Although the legal control of such crime has been reinforced in China recently,improvement is still necessary.
