摘要
知识经济的兴起极大地提高了技术创新的地位和作用。进入知识经济时代 ,应当注意技术创新发展的三种导向 :开拓信息与文化消费 ,提供网络支持平台 。
The importance of technological innovation has been extremely strengthened with the rise of the knowledge-based economy.As we enter into the era,there are three orientations for technological innovation to which should be given more attention:widening the consumption of information and cultural products,providing the network a platform for the society, and opening up the way of sustainable development.
