摘要
本文首先论述了企业理论发展的历程 ,结合信息时代的新特征 ,尝试探讨了企业理论的新发展及虚拟企业产生的经济学意义 。
This paper has a discussion of the development of the firm theory. Combining the characteristics of the Information Era, the paper attempts to study the new development of the firm theory and gives the economic significance of virtual corporation. Then, the paper provides the possible way of the change of the organization.
