摘要
民法观念是在商品经济充分发展基础上形成的 ,是市民社会和民主政治发展的思想文化保障。我国国民历来欠缺民法观念。对此应首先重视和强化民法 (私法 )的立法工作 。
Civil law concept is formed on the basis of the full development of commodity economy.It is an ideological and cultural guarantee of the development of civil society and democratic politics. Most of Chinese civilians have always been lacked a civic law concept. Therefore, we should first pay attention to strengthening the legislation work of civic law (private law), and then be aware that modernization of traditional law culture is the key to the enhance of national concept of civil law.
