摘要
对穆棱河流域水土保持综合治理工程进行了经济效益分析和国民经济评价,其目的是证明其工程运作的可行性,同时对其他工程也有借鉴作用。
On the basis of comprehensive control engineering to ensure the water and soil conservation in Mulinghe River Valley, the economical benefit of this project is analyzed and the national economy is evaluated, the purpose of which is not only to prove the feasibility of the project but to be used for reference for other projects.
