摘要
DigitalLibrary不只是数字化图书馆这个狭义的范畴 ,可广义理解为“数字化信息资源库群”。利用大学信息资源优势积极进行信息资源数字化建设与应用 ,使图书馆成为高校文献信息中心是切实可行的发展之路。
The author has given a detailed explanation to the information resource digital construction and application in university. He points out that Digital Library is more than a digitalized library and it has a much wider concept as a group of information database. It's our task to work on the information resource digitalization construction and the research so that it can be widely used in the information construction of every field. Finally the information database will be applied to documentation and information centers in colleges and universities, which will undoubtedly serve as library itself.
