桂枝汤对体温双向调节作用机理探讨──对下丘脑和血浆中环核苷酸的影响 被引量:21

摘要 10g/kg的桂枝汤灌胃大鼠,能抑制CAMP脑室注射引起的发热反应。在酵母诱致发热的大鼠,其下丘脑组织的CAMP含量显著增加,血浆CAMP含量上升,cGMP含量下降,cAMP/cGMP比值显著上升;在安痛定诱致体温低下的大鼠,其下丘脑组织的CAMP含量减少,血浆CAMP含量下降,cGMP含量上升,cAMP/cGMP比值显著下降。10g/kg的桂枝汤灌胃能分别逆转下丘脑和血浆中环磷酸腺普含量的变化,使之向正常水平方向恢复,同时相应伴有发热解热或低体温升温作用。结果提示,桂枝汤对体温的双向调节,部分通过影响体温中枢中环核苷酸实现的。 ntipyretic action was found in febrile rats induced by intraventricular injection of cAMP. when 10g/kg of Decotion of Cinnamon Twigs (DCT) was orally adminstered. The cAMP level in the hypothalamus or the plasma andthe ratio of cAMP/cGMP increased. the cGMP level in the plasma decreased in febrile ratS induced by zymosa; but thecAMP level both in the hypothalamus and plasma or the ratio of cAMP/cGMP in plasma decreased. the cGMP levelin plasma increased in the hypothermia induced by aminopyrine. Those values were reversed and body temprature wasaccordingly changed to almost normal in both models after administration of 10g/kg DCT. The result indicated thatcyclic nucleotid in the thermoregulatory center took part in the dual-directional regulation of DCT.
