摘要
发展经济学是二战后形成的一门独立的经济学科。经过几十年的发展,发展经济学在 西方已形成了较完备的理论体系。但是,西方发展经济学是以非社会主义的发展中国家为研究对 象的。我国是以公有制为主体的社会主义国家,不可能照搬西方发展经济学来研究社会主义经济 发展问题,因此,必须建立社会主义发展经济学。建立社会主义发展经济学必须以当代马克思主义 和科学发展观为指导,在研究对象、学科体系和研究内容等方面进行创新。
Development economics was formed as an independent economics after World WarⅡ. After its development for decades, it became a quite complete theoretical system in the West, however, Western development economics is based on research on non-socialist developing countries. China is a socialist country chiefly based on public ownership, we can't follow them to research the problem of economic development in socialist system,thus it is necessary to construct socialisim development economics. To construct socialism development economics must not only be guided by modern Marxism and scientific development viewpoint, but also be innovated in the research object ive,discipline system and its content.
