摘要
新世纪开始后,日美同盟在日本防卫政策调整中的作用更趋明显。在日美两国将双边关系定位为“世界中的日美同盟”之后,不能行使集体自卫权这一限制最终将被突破,我们对此必须有清醒的认识,并在此基础上反思过去对日美同盟在日本国家战略转型中作用的认识及对中国发展的影响。
In the new century, Japan-American alliance plays a more obvious role in the adjustment of Japanese defence policy. After Japan and U.S.A. redefines their bilateral relation as ' Japan- American alliance in the framework of the world ', the restriction of the right to exercise self-defence collectively will be broken finally. We must have sober understanding of this, and consider the function of Japan-American alliance in the transition of Japanese state strategy in the past and its impact on China's development on this basis.
