白细胞介素-2对家兔丘脑束旁核痛单位的影响及其可能机制 被引量:1

摘要 采用侧脑室给药法及常用神经元放电引导法,研究了白细胞介素-2(IL-2)对家兔丘脑束旁核痛单位的影响及其可能机制.结果表明IL-2能不同程度的抑制丘脑束旁核痛单位的放电活动。 The effect of IL-2 on the pain units of the nucleus parafascicularis of thalamus were studied by injecting IL-2 in different dose(50,200,500pmol/10μ1)into the lateral vertricle of rabbits,and inducting discharge of neurons by putting grass microcelectrodes into P 5L 1 2-1 7 H +1~-2 .Result show that IL-2 could inhibited the discharge electric frequency of pain units of the nucleus parafascicularis of thalamus,Naloxone could abolished this inhibitive effect,suggesting that inhibitive effect of IL-2 on the pain units of the nucleus parafascicularis of thalamus is relate to opiate recepters.
