摘要
本文报道了腐霉素钠盐的安全性及药效的研究成果,包括大、小鼠及雏鸡急性毒性试验、蓄积毒性及耐受性试验、肉鸡喂养试验和药效试验。本研究的初步结果表明,腐霉素钠盐做为一种新的聚醚类抗球虫药物添加剂安全有效,最适宜的混料浓度为160ppm。
Carriomycin is a new polyether anticoccidial produced by Streptomyces hygroscopi-cus. This paper deals with acute toxicity, accumulative toxicity, tolerance, feeding and anticoccidial efficacy trial of carriomycin sodium. The oral LD of carriomycin in Kuming mice was 333.5mg/kg, 39.5mg/kg in Wistar rats, and 208.1mg/kg in Beijing-white chicks. The accumulative factor was 4.8, which indicated that carriomycin had weakly accumulative action. The tested mice did not develop tolerance to it. The anticoccidial efficacy trial showed that 120-160ppm of carriomycin had effetively prevented coccidi-osis induced by Eimera tenella. The opimal treatment level was 160ppm (ACI = 188.5). In feeding trial, the recommended level (160ppm) of carriomycin in diet was safe for broiler chickens (p>0.05). At 320 or 480ppm, both weight gain and feed conversion was adversely affected (p<0.01). To sum up, carriomycin is an effective anticoccidial and it is safe for use.
