The Incremental Forming Technology of the Parts With the Long Flange

摘要 以波音737-700飞机垂尾后梁缘条零件为例,介绍了增量压弯成形技术在缘条类零件生产中的应用;在有限元分析的基础上,研制了专用成形设备,设计了专用成形模具,通过工艺试验,确定了成形工序及工艺参数。 Taking the part with long flange (for the rear spar of vertical tail of airplane B737 - 700) as an example, the application of incremental press bending forming in production of parts with long flange is introduced. The special forming machine and dies are developed based on finit element analysis. By experiments, the forming process and process parameters are set up.
