摘要
运用元素生物地球化学营养链营养循环结构模式的原理、技术和方法生产富硒食品 ,将富硒有机液体肥喷施于作物叶面 ,使其在生长过程中摄取各种营养和微量元素硒。富硒液体肥的喷施浓度、喷施次数各类作物基本相同 ,喷施时期基本相当 ;成熟后的产量较同类普通作物有一定程度提高 ,其中粮食作物可增产 5 %~ 2 0 % ,蔬菜、瓜果等可增产 10 %~ 3 0 % ;含硒量可提高 2~ 10倍。使用富硒饲料喂养畜禽 ,育成出栏后的产品质量、品位均较同类普通畜禽高 ,含硒量可提高 2~ 4倍。从提高人体免疫功能、抗癌抗衰老、调整产业结构等方面评价富硒食品生产的社会效益 ;从产值、利润的不断提高等方面评价富硒食品生产的经济效益 ;从减少维持能的消耗和生长能的提高 ,动植物营养互补、气体互相交换等方面评价富硒食品生产的生态效益。
By using the theory, technique, and methods of nutrition chain and nutrition circle model structure of element biological geochemistry, selenium food is produced. The leaves of the crops should be sprayed with liquid selenium organic fertilizer so that they can absorb all kinds of nutrations and the microelement selenium; the density and the times of spays of the fertilizer should be the same for all kind of crops and vegetables, and the periods of the spray are identical too; the output after the mature period is improved to a certain degree, for the crops the improvement is 5 to 20%, and for vegetables and fruits is 10 to 30%; the content of selenium is about 2 to 10 times more. When the live stocks and domestic birds and fed by the selenium food, the output and the quality are also better than the regular ones, thus the selenium content gets improved by 2 to 4 times. From the aspects of improving the immune system, anticancer ability and adjusting the structure of industries etc, this paper gives the comment over the benefit of selenium food; from the aspects of the ceaseless improving of value and profit, the paper estimates the financial benefit of the selenium food; from the aspects of reducing the consumption energy, the improvement of growing energy and commutative complementarily of nutrition of the plants and animals and the air exchange, the paper evaluates the biological benefit. The results of the evaluation show that they are of outstanding social, economic and biological benefit.
