摘要
考察了磷钼酸在硫酸 醋酸混酸介质中对304不锈钢的缓蚀性能,对缓蚀机理进行了初步推断。实验结果表明,磷钼酸是一种阳极型缓蚀剂,在w(H2SO4)=0.5%~1.5%、w(CH3COOH)=58.0%、w(HPA)=0.1%~0.2%,温度100~120℃的条件下,腐蚀速度小于0.05mm/a,缓蚀率高达99.7%。
The corrosion inhibition performance of molybdophosphoric acid was investigated on 304 stainless steel in the medium of sulphuric acid and acetic acid,and the corrosion inhibition mechanism was inferred.The experiment results indicated that molybdophosphoric acid was a anode-type inhibitor. Where, w(H_2SO_4)=1.0%~1.5%,w(CH_3COOH)=56.0%,w(HPMo)=0.1%~0.2%, t=100~120℃, the corrosion rate of 304 stainless steel was less than 0.05mm/a,and corrosion inhibition rate was up to (99.7)%.
