摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳研究了乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶在白唇鹿(Cervus al-birostris)心肌、骨骼肌、肝、脾、肾、甲状腺、睾丸、胃、小肠、大肠、大脑、小脑、眼球13种组织和血清中的分布情况.结果表明;白唇鹿含5种乳酸脱氢酶同工酶,从阳极到阴极依次为LDH_1,LDH_2,LDH_3,LDH_4和LDH_5;血清LDH的H亚基与M亚基比值与高原种类相接近;肝脏以H亚基为主.分析了LDH同工酶的特点及白唇鹿对高寒低氧环境的适应性.
The distributions of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) isozymes in thirteen different tissues and serum of white-lipped deer(Cervus albirostris) were studied by ployacry-lamide gel disc electrophoresis. The thirteen tissues are heart muscle, skeletal muscle, liver ,spleen ,kidney ,thyroid gland ,testicle ,large intestine ,small intestine ,stomach ,cerebrum ,cerebellum and eye ball. The results indicate that five different molecular forms of LDH isozymes are observed in the thirteen tissues and serum, and the order of five isozymes from anode to cathode is LDH1 ,LDH2 ,LDH3 ,LDH4 and LDH5. The H/M sub-unit ratio in serum of white-lipped deer LDH is very simdlar to other animals growing in high altitude. The LDH isozymes in liver is mainly composed of H subunit in white-lipped deer. The adaptability of white-lipped deer to alpine environment is discussed.
