金川二矿区1号矿体大面积充填体-岩体稳定性有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 本文应用粘弹塑性有限元方法,分析了镍基地金川二矿区1号矿体下向胶结充填中大面积充填体-岩体的整体稳定性,其主要计算结果和相应的现场观测数据基本相符合,从而比较符合实际地论证了:在金川二矿区1号矿体内,沿其矿体走向应当不留间隔矿柱而宜用大面积连续胶结充填。此项成果已在金川二矿区工程实践中应用并取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益,为金川二矿区二期工程,为国内、外类似矿山及需要“采富保贫”厚大矿体的采矿合理设计提供了可靠依据。 By use of the visco-elastoplastic FEM, this paper has analysed the integral stability of large scale backfilling in the oreboby No. 1, Mining Area No.2 of the Jinchuan Nickel Mine. The fairly well agreement between the main computational results and the data actually measured in situ has practically verified that the scheme of large scale continuous cement backfilling would be preferred to that of leaving ribs along the strike of orebody No.1. The former scheme has already been adopted in the engineering practice in Mining Area No.2 of the Jinchuan Nickel Mine and has produced significant economic and social profits. This achievement has provided a reliable basis not only for the second phase of engineering of the Mining Area No.2, Jinchuan, but also for the reasonable mining design for similar thick and huge orebodies in mines at home and abroad.
