摘要
目的 :分析研究腹腔镜手术治疗小儿复发性斜疝。方法 :回顾分析腹腔镜下 12例小儿复发性斜疝未闭内环口高位结扎术的临床资料。结果 :腹腔镜下小儿复发性斜疝未闭内环口高位结扎术 ,平均手术时间 15～ 2 5min ,住院天数 2～ 4d。近期随访无复发。结论 :腹腔镜下行小儿复发性斜疝未闭内环口高位结扎治疗小儿复发性斜疝有其独特的优点。
Objective:To summarize the experience of laparoscopic treatment on relapsed indirect hernia of chil-dren.Methods:Twelve children with indirect hernia underwent laparoscopic high ligature of herniary sac were reviewed retrospectively.Results:12cases had been operated successfully,whose average operation time was20(15-25)minutes.They stayed in the hospital about2-4days on average.There was no recurrent case in follow-up.Conclusions:Laparo-scopic high ligature of herniary sac has many unique advantages in treating relapsed indirect hernia of children.
