摘要 目的 :探讨石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定涉水产品中铬的试验条件。方法 :涉水产品经过前处理后 ,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其铬的含量并找出最佳试验条件。结果 :最佳灰化温度 13 0 0℃、原子化温度 2 3 0 0℃。方法的线性范围 0~ 8 0 μg/L,相关系数r =0 9996。RSD为 1 3 4%~ 3 19% ,回收率为 90 4%~ 10 8 9%。结论 :在方法的最佳试验条件下测定涉水产品中的铬可以得到满意的结果。 Objective:To develop the best experimental condition of chrome determination in products related to drinking water and drinking water by GFAAS Methods:Chrome in products related to drinking water was determined after being dalt with and the best experimental condition was found Results:The best cineration temperature and atomization temperature was 1 300℃ and 2 300℃ The linear range was 0~ 8 0 μg/l The correlation coefficient was 0 9996 RSD% was 1 34%~3 19% The rate of recovery was 90 4%~105 9% Conclusion:The method in the best experimental condition is accurate and can be successfully used for detection of chrome in products related to drinking water and drinking water [
