摘要
目的 :检测保健食品中DHEA的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相法 ,以甲醇 :水 (v/v) =80 :2 0为流动相 ,2 15nm为检测波长 ,外标法测定DHEA含量。结果 :本法测定线性范围能达到 0 0 10~ 10 0 0 0mg/ml,线性系数 0 99992 ,最低检测限为 0 0 2 μg,平均回收率能达到 96 69% ,相对标准偏差为 1 2 %。结论 :本方法简单快捷 ,能满足日常分析要求。
Objective:To determinate DHEA in healthy food Methods:Using RP-HPLC, methanol and water as eluent (80:20,v/v), the wavelength to be 215 nm , external calibration, DHEA could be analized Results:The linear range was 0 01~ 10 000 mg/ml , the linear coefficient was 0 99992, the detection limit was 0 02 μg ,the average rate of recovery was 96 69%, the relative standard deviation was 1 2% Conclusion:It is simple and convenient for daily analysis [
