摘要
报告了3例后房型人工晶体植入后瞳孔阻滞性青光眼。3例自内障分别为外伤性,并发性,老年性(青光眼术后)。在白内障囊外摘除及同期人工晶体植入后2～3周因前房纤维蛋白渗出阻塞瞳孔,虹膜与周边晶体囊膜粘连,导致瞳孔阻滞,眼压升高。3例均经YAG激光或周边虹膜切除治愈。讨论了后房型人工晶体瞳孔阻滞的原因和预防措施。
Three cases of pupillary block in pseu-dophakic eyes without peripheral iridectomyare reported. Fibrin membrane block and irisadherence to peripheral anterior or posteriorcapsule following extracapsular cataract ex-traction and posterior chamber intraocular lenslead to pupillary block. The intraocular pres-sure was controlled well with Nd-YAG laseriridotomy or surgical iridectomy. Causes andprevention of pupillary block are briefly dis-cussed.
