摘要
介绍了以枳木具为主要原料 ,进行保健饮料加工工艺研制的过程。按L9(34)正交表设计实验方案 ,筛选出饮料配方为枳木具 :水为 1:3,脱脂乳 4 % ,白砂糖 5 % ,柠檬酸 0 .2 %。稳定剂配方为海藻酸钠 0 .1% ,CMC -Na0 .1% ,黄原胶 0 .0 1%。
By using Hovenia dulcis Thumb, this article developed the process of a health protection drink.The results show that the perfect prescription of milk drink is 4% of skim milk, 5% of granulated sugar and 0.2% of citrin acid. The perfect prescription of stabilizer is 0.1% of sodium alginate, 0.1% of CMC-Na and 0.01% of xanthic gum.
