摘要
社会保障制度是社会主义市场经济体制的重要组成部分。我国现行社会保障制度法制化水平不高。因 此,必须从立法、执法、守法等各个环节加强和完善我国社会保障制度。
Social security system is an important part of socialist market economy system.The standard of our current social system is not high, so we should strengthen and perfect our social security system from the following aspects, such as legislation, enforcing the law and abiding by the law.
