摘要
融资租赁已成为当今世界仅次于银行信贷的第二大融资方式。融资租赁不失为我国民营中小企业筹措长期资金的重要融资渠道。有关金融部门应做好相应的工作,以充分发挥融资租赁所特有的融资作用。
Circulating necessary funds and rent has become second biggest mode in circulating necessary funds next to bank credit in the world It is an important channel of circulating necessary funds for privately managed medium and small-sized enterprises. The corresponding work should be done to give full play to circulating necessary funds and rent for financial institutions concerned.
