The third generation of central leadership,centering around JIANG Ze-min, propel the theory of Marxism intellectuals to a new developing stage, which inevitably promotes the creation of our Party's intellectuals policy. It has far-reaching significance in depending on and giving full play to intellectuals which serving as the first resource and realize great revival for the Chinese nation.
