摘要
六辊轧机可分为工作辊传动、中间辊传动、支承辊传动三种基本传动方式。本文分析了三种传动方式的特点及其对辊系稳定性和水平挠度的影响,得出了工作辊传动最优、中间辊传动次之、支承辊传动应慎重使用的结论。
6-Hi mill can be driven through work roll, middle roll or backup roll. Analyzed characteristics of the three kinds of driving ways as well as their influence on roll system stability and horizontal deflection, it is concluded that the work roll driven is the best, the middle roll driven is good and the backup roll driven should be cautiously adopted.
