麦草的酶法化学制浆(Ⅱ)——酶法浆漂白性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对麦草酶法化学浆的漂白性能进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,无论是采用有氯漂白 ,还是采用TCF漂白 ,麦草酶法化学浆均具有良好的漂白性能 ,且漂白酶法浆有较好的强度性质 ;采用XHP漂白程序 ,当有效氯用量为 7%和H2 O2 用量为 1 %时 ,漂白酶法浆的白度可超过90 %ISO ,裂断长达到 50 1 0m ;漂白前对浆料进行木聚糖酶预处理可以改善后续漂白段的漂白效率 ,提高漂白浆白度 。 Bleachability of the pulp from enzymatic chemical pulping of wheat straw was researched in the paper The results of experiments showed that ble achability of enzymatic-chemical pulp of wheat straw was very well Using chori n e-containing bleaching and total-chlorine-free bleaching,the bleached pulp w ith high brightness and high strength properties could be produced ISO brightness of the bleached enzymatic-pulp reached 90 1% by XHP sequence bleaching with ad d ing 7% effective chlorine and 1% H 2O 2,breaking length of the bleached pulp reac hed 5010 meters Xylanase pretreatment prior to bleaching improved the efficienc y of subsequent bleaching and increased bleached pulp brightness,but physical p roperties of the bleached pulp were influenced in certain degree
